- Hate Speech - No discrimination based on protected characteristics
- Harassment & Bullying - No targeted harassment or doxxing
- Misinformation & Fraud - No deliberately false or misleading information
- Dangerous Activities - No promotion of dangerous stunts or self-harm
- Spam & Manipulation - No low-quality spam or metric manipulation
Content Quality Standards
- Minimum 720p resolution (1080p preferred)
- Clear, audible audio without excessive background noise
- Properly edited with smooth transitions and appropriate pacing
- Original work - no stolen or copied content
- Complete and functional submissions
- No screen recordings without added value
Third-Party Platform Compliance
- TikTok - Follow Community Guidelines and music policies
- Instagram - Follow Meta Community Standards
- Facebook - Follow Meta Community Standards
- YouTube Shorts - Follow Community Guidelines and copyright policies
- X (Twitter) - Follow X Rules and Policies
- Respect each platform's content restrictions and requirements
- Proper attribution and disclosure (#ad, #sponsored) when required
Intellectual Property Respect
- Create only original work
- Use only Content Assets provided by Creator
- Obtain proper licenses for third-party content
- Respect copyright, trademarks, and other IP rights
- Fair use is a legal defense, not a right - get permission when in doubt
- Follow brand guidelines when using trademarks
Behavior Standards
- Professional Communication - Be respectful and courteous
- Honest Representation - Accurately represent your skills and experience
- Fair Dealing - Honor your commitments and meet deadlines
- Conflict Resolution - Communicate directly and attempt good-faith resolution
- No harassment, spam, or aggressive messages
- No sharing others' private information
Bounty Creation Guidelines
- Provide clear, detailed bounty descriptions
- Set realistic view goals and deadlines
- Include all necessary Content Assets
- Ensure you have rights to all provided content
- Don't request content that violates guidelines or platform policies
Submission Guidelines
- Follow all stated bounty requirements
- Use provided Content Assets as specified
- Deliver original creative work with your unique interpretation
- Honestly report actual view counts (no inflation)
- Keep submissions live for the bounty duration
- Include attribution when required by Creator or platform
Reporting Violations
- Report to: legal@nextclip.net
- Include: Link to content, description of violation, evidence
- Emergency reports (CSAM, imminent harm): Immediate response
- Serious violations: 24-48 hours
- Standard reports: 5-7 business days
- False reports may result in strikes or suspension
