By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the NextClip Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the NextClip Platform.
THESE TERMS CONTAIN A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION that requires the use of arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions.

Age Requirements
- Account holders must be 18+ years old
- Minors 13-17 may participate via Guardian-Sponsored Accounts
- Platform NOT available for children under 13 (COPPA)
- Guardians have full legal and financial responsibility
- Guardian verification and oversight required
Payment & Fees
- Earnings accumulate in your Balance across all bounties
- Minimum withdrawal: $5.00 (no per-bounty minimum)
- Platform fee: 10% deducted at withdrawal
- Stripe processing fees apply (~2.9% + $0.30)
- Payment processing via Stripe Connect
- Payments based on verified view counts only
- No guarantee of earnings or results
Independent Contractor Status
- All Clippers are independent contractors, not employees
- You control your work methods, schedule, and equipment
- Responsible for all taxes (self-employment, income, etc.)
- Form 1099-NEC issued if earnings exceed $600/year (U.S.)
- No employee benefits or protections provided
Intellectual Property
- Creators grant limited license to approved Clippers
- Clippers grant perpetual license to Creators for submissions
- All parties must own or have rights to content used
- DMCA compliance required - violations may result in termination
- Moral rights waived to maximum extent permitted by law
Content Standards & Enforcement
- All content must comply with our Community Guidelines
- Four-strike system for violations (see Strike Policy)
- Strikes expire after 12 months (with exceptions)
- Appeals available within 14 days of strike issuance
- Severe violations result in immediate termination
Fraud Detection & Prevention
- NextClip has absolute authority to detect and prevent fraud
- Sophisticated automated and manual fraud detection systems
- View manipulation results in immediate termination
- Forfeiture of all earnings for fraudulent activity
- Payment of platform fees that would have been owed for circumvention
Dispute Resolution
- Mandatory arbitration for all disputes (AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules)
- Class action waiver - claims must be brought individually
- Jury trial waiver
- Florida law governs agreement
- 30-day opt-out period available after account creation
Limitation of Liability
- Services provided "AS IS" without warranties
- Liability capped at $100 or fees paid in last 12 months
- No liability for third-party platform actions
- No liability for user-generated content or conduct
- No liability for lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
