This Strike Policy explains how NextClip enforces its Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Our Strike system is designed to be fair, transparent, and progressive, giving users opportunities to correct behavior before facing severe consequences.

Strike System Overview
Strike 1: First Warning
- Account warning issued
- Content removed (if applicable)
- Email notification with explanation
- No account restrictions
- Full account access maintained
Strike 2: Second Warning
- 7-day account suspension
- All violating content removed
- Cannot post new bounties or submissions during suspension
- Cannot message other users during suspension
- Pending payments held until suspension ends
Strike 3: Third Warning
- 30-day account suspension
- All active bounties cancelled
- Payment processing suspended
- High scrutiny upon return
- One more strike results in permanent ban
Strike 4: Permanent Ban
- Permanent account termination
- All content permanently removed
- Pending payments forfeited (in most cases)
- Cannot create new accounts
- Appeals rarely succeed at this level
Strike Violations
- Content policy violations (hate speech, graphic violence, etc.)
- Behavioral violations (harassment, impersonation, spam)
- Transaction violations (view manipulation, payment disputes)
- Technical violations (bots, exploits, multiple accounts)
- Platform circumvention attempts
Strike Expiration
- Strikes expire after 12 months from date of issuance
- Rolling window - oldest strike expires first
- Permanent bans (Strike 4) do NOT expire
- Some severe violations may have extended expiration
- Pattern of repeated violations may prevent expiration
Appeals Process
- Submit within 14 days of strike issuance
- Email: legal@nextclip.net (Subject: "Strike Appeal - [Username]")
- Include detailed explanation and supporting evidence
- Response within 30 days
- Decision is final - no further appeals
Immediate Termination (No Strikes)
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Child exploitation or endangerment
- Terrorism promotion
- Human trafficking
- Extreme violence or hate speech
- Severe fraud or security violations
